The bridge between the international client and the Spanish legal system
I am a lawyer in Calpe, at MV Abogados, and I have deliberately focused my practice on foreign clients. Not as an added specialism, but as the core of my work. What typically holds back a German buyer, a British heir or a Dutch investor is not a lack of willingness — it is not knowing who to ask, not understanding what the contract says or what the tax implications are. I work to close that gap. I explain what needs to be done, why and when — and take care of the rest.
Education and bar membership
- Member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Alicante (ICALI), no. 9051.
- Law degree from the Universitat de València and Master's in Access to the Legal Profession from the Universidad de Alicante. Currently studying a Master's in Digital Law, AI and Blockchain (EBIS Business Techschool and Universidad de Vitoria-Gasteiz) — because the law that affects my clients never stops evolving.

How I work
First, I listen. Every transaction has its own story: the reason behind it, the timeline, the concerns. Without understanding the context, there is no good advice. Then, I prevent. Most of the problems I see in a property purchase or an inheritance were avoidable with prior analysis. My work starts before the problem arises, not after. And when action is needed, I act with order: I coordinate technical professionals, notaries, registries and authorities so you do not have to chase anyone. You make the decisions; I make sure they reach the right place at the right time.
