Cookies Policy

This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on this website, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). The guiding principle of this website is privacy: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Last updated: 2026-06-26

The Spanish version of this document is the only legally binding one.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small file that a website may store on (or read from) your device when you visit it, allowing it to remember information about your browsing. This concept also covers other technologies for storing and retrieving data on the user's device.

2. This Website's Approach

This website follows a privacy-by-design approach: it does not install advertising cookies, does not track your activity across different websites, and does not share browsing data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Audience Analytics (Cookie-Free)

To understand how the website is performing, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a measurement solution that does not use cookies and does not store or retrieve information on your device: it generates aggregate and anonymous audience statistics that do not allow you to be identified.

As it neither stores nor accesses data on your device, this measurement falls outside the scope of Article 22.2 of the LSSI and therefore does not require prior consent or a cookies banner. The processing of aggregate and anonymous usage data is based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This approach is consistent with the AEPD's guidance on audience measurement cookies.

4. Contact Form Anti-Spam Protection

The contact form incorporates Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated and abusive submissions. This technology operates without tracking cookies or advertising profiling.

5. Google Maps (Only with Your Consent)

On the contact page, we display the location of the office using a Google Maps map. This map is NOT loaded by default: it is only activated if you explicitly click to view it.

Until that point, no Google resources are loaded and no third-party cookies are installed. When you choose to open the map, Google, as a third party, may install its own cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy. If you do not open the map, those cookies will not be installed.

6. Consent and Exempt Technologies

Technologies strictly necessary for the operation of the website and the anonymous audience measurement described above do not require consent, in accordance with the exemption set out in Article 22.2 of the LSSI.

Third-party cookies that may be installed when loading external content at your action (such as the Google Maps map) are activated only with your consent, expressed when you choose to load that content.

7. How to Manage and Delete Cookies

You can configure, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or others). The help section of each browser explains how to do this.

Disabling certain technical cookies may affect the functioning of some parts of the website. As regards the map, simply do not click to load it.

8. Updates and Contact

This policy may be updated to reflect technical or regulatory changes. The current version shall be the one published on this website.
